Treadmill Desk
Like many of us, I spend a large part of my day at my desk. Some of you may have heard about health issues from sitting too much. Have you heard the disturbing phrase 'sitting is the new smoking'? I have observed that too much sitting, especially at a desk in front of a computer, can lead to specific health issues: back issues, pinched nerves, core muscle atrophy, reduced circulation.

Safe Work Australia considers the following to be a type of workplace bullying:
setting unreasonable timelines or constantly changing deadlines
They cite these examples of indirect bullying:

changing work rosters and leave, to deliberately
inconvenience a particular employee(s)

deliberately excluding someone from workplace activities

Developer Care and Feeding
Developers burn out easily and require care to keep them at top creativity. If your company culture doesn't align with caring for your developers, at least give them the freedom to care for themselves. It will benefit your company.
